The Adult Family Health Services Mental Health Outpatient Clinic provides weekly individual therapy, and access to a mental health prescriber if needed.  Intakes are performed in person.  Services can commence in person or through telehealth.  Service is focused on managing any disruptive symptoms, and promoting identification and actuation of personal goals.
